Terms of Service
Last updated: February 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Extract Hound website, apps, and document extraction services (collectively, the "Service"). Extract Hound is operated by Nullito LLC, a Texas limited liability company. "Extract Hound," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Nullito LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Service Description and Outputs
Extract Hound uses automation and artificial intelligence to extract structured data from documents you upload (such as PDFs and images) and returns outputs you can export (e.g., CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, YAML).
No Accuracy Guarantee. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use. Do not rely on the Service for decisions that could cause harm (including legal, medical, financial, or compliance decisions) without appropriate professional review.
4. Account Registration and Security
To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information and keep it updated
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Promptly notify us of unauthorized use or security incidents
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Your Content; License to Process
Your Content. You retain ownership of the documents, files, and other content you upload ("Customer Content") and the outputs you receive.
Permission to Process. You grant Extract Hound a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transmit, and process Customer Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including by sharing Customer Content with our service providers (such as infrastructure, authentication, payment, and AI processing providers) acting on our behalf.
Your Responsibilities. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload and process Customer Content and that doing so does not violate any law or any third party's rights (including privacy, confidentiality, copyright, or contract rights).
6. Acceptable Use
You will not (and will not attempt to):
- Upload content you do not have the right to access, use, or share
- Upload illegal content or use the Service for illegal activity
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass security measures
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or underlying components (except where prohibited by law)
- Access the Service through scraping, automated extraction, or high-volume automated calls outside documented functionality (unless we authorize it)
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions
- Copy, clone, or replicate the Service; or use the Service to build a directly competing product by extracting or replicating our features, workflows, or UI (outputs themselves remain yours)
- Use the Service in a way that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property or violates privacy/confidentiality obligations
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected abuse.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services (for example, payment processors and AI/infrastructure providers). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies. Extract Hound is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8. Billing, Plans, Credits, and Taxes
Subscriptions. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) and renew automatically until canceled.
Credits. Pay-as-you-go credits (if offered) are generally non-refundable once purchased and have no cash value.
Plan Changes. We may change plan features and pricing from time to time. If we change pricing for your plan, we will provide notice (for example, via the Service or email) and the change will take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated.
Failed Payments. If payment fails, we may suspend the Service until payment is received.
Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes, except taxes based on our net income.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period unless we state otherwise.
Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. Any exceptions we grant are at our discretion and do not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.
10. Intellectual Property
Our IP. The Service, including software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Extract Hound and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the term, subject to these Terms.
Feedback. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
12. Suspension; Termination
By You. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
By Us. We may suspend or terminate access:
- immediately for security reasons, suspected fraud, abuse, or legal compliance; or
- with reasonable notice for other reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops. We may delete or de-identify account data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal obligations.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms) will survive.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
EXTRACT HOUND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO EXTRACT HOUND FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Extract Hound and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your Customer Content; (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
16. Export Controls and Sanctions
You may not use the Service if you are subject to U.S. sanctions or located in an embargoed jurisdiction, and you agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
17. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting in the Service or sending an email). By continuing to use the Service after the effective date, you agree to the updated Terms.
19. Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
